Shipping
Orders made after 2:00pm on a business day may not be processed until the next business day. Orders made before 2:00pm will be processed and shipped same day.
Products that require Haz-Mat shipping will have additional charges.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns of unopened, unused, products will be accepted and store credit will be issued. Opened and used products may not be returned unless there is a manufacturer error. In these cases contact us about the issue, but also proceed to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
Shipped products that need to be returned and are in new condition will be issued an RMA shipping label so that you may send it back to us. Shipped products may also be returned directly to store. Products damaged during shipping should be handled through FedEx.
